Five Couples Say ‘I Do’ at Taunton School This Summer

Taunton School has enjoyed a busy and memorable summer wedding season, welcoming five happy couples who tied the knot on its beautiful Somerset campus.

Blessed with glorious sunshine, each wedding made the most of the School’s stunning 56-acre grounds. With many couples choosing to exchange vows in the School’s charming Chapel before dining with guests in the historic Old Library, enjoying drinks and garden games on the lawns, and dancing the night away in the contemporary Densham Suite.

One particularly special occasion saw Taunton School host the wedding of an Old Tauntonian in August. The celebration featured a number of personal touches reflecting the couple’s military connections, including, arrival in an army vehicle, performances from the bride’s Military Wives Choir, Fijian-inspired decorations, and live music from a fellow Old Tauntonian, creating a truly memorable day.

The School’s 56-acre campus sets the perfect scene for versatile event spaces which are regularly transformed to host a wide range of occasions, including weddings, corporate events and conferences for up to 500 guests.
